FOCUS LIVES AGAIN

FOCUS has risen from its ashes. The band that caused a furore in The Netherlands during the seventies, is going back on tour. Without Jan Akkerman, but with 50-year-old Thijs van Leer. Substitute of Akkerman is Menno Gootjes, who was not even born when the band was started in 1969. In its heyday jazz-rockband FOCUS sold 5.5 million albums. "House of the King","Sylvia" and other records were big successes.
